Aldo G. Bartolone, Jr. Aldo Bartolone is a Miami native who has been practicing law in Florida since 1999. Mr. Bartolone has earned the AV-Preeminent Rating by Martindale-Hubbell, which signifies that his peers ranked him as having the highest level of professional excellence, including legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

Mr. Bartolone is an accomplished litigator and trial lawyer having tried dozens of cases through to verdict in both State and Federal courts. His primary area of practice is complex commercial litigation, including business disputes, contract disputes, real estate litigation, non-compete agreement lawsuits, business torts, shareholder disputes, fraud and Ponzi scheme litigation, banking litigation, mortgage and lien foreclosure actions, and bankruptcy litigation.

In addition to his litigation practice, Mr. Bartolone also handles corporate insolvency and restructure proceedings, including Chapter 11 bankruptcy, assignments for the benefit of creditors, and out of court debt workouts.

Mr. Bartolone earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Florida International University in 1995. He then graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law in 1999, with honors. While in law school, Mr. Bartolone was a member of the Moot Court Board and was on the Dean’s List.
