Daniel C. Meyl

Daniel C. Meyl brings a unique combination of claim knowledge, insurance industry experience, and personal injury litigation experience to his practice at Berman Law Group. His background provides him with a valuable perspective on both sides of the claims process and allows him to effectively advocate for clients navigating complex injury claims.

Mr. Meyl earned his undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Central Florida (UCF), where he developed a strong foundation in financial analysis. Following graduation, he began his career with Liberty Mutual Insurance in the company’s Business Lines Claims Department. During his time working inside the insurance industry, Mr. Meyl gained firsthand knowledge of insurance company operations, claims evaluation, and the strategies insurers use when analyzing and reducing claim value.

Seeking to now assist individuals injured through the negligence of others, Mr. Meyl transitioned to personal injury law, working as a case manager for a personal injury law firm. This experience allowed him to work directly with injured clients, medical providers, and attorneys while developing a comprehensive understanding of the personal injury process from the initial intake through resolution.

Mr. Meyl later earned his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law, graduating cum laude. His education, combined with his prior insurance and personal injury experience, provides him with a well-rounded approach to representing injured individuals.

As an attorney at Berman Law Group, Mr. Meyl focuses on maintaining strong relationships with his clients and ensuring they receive personalized attention throughout their case. He has developed a keen understanding of the medical aspects of personal injury claims, including the connection between traumatic injuries, diagnostic imaging, treatment recommendations, and the long-term impact injuries can have on a client’s life.
