Daniel Garcia

Chief Marketing Officer
(Non-Attorney)

Born in Cuba in 1995, Daniel Garcia came from humble beginnings. From there, he and his family moved to South Florida in 2001. As an undergraduate, Garcia attended the Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton, Florida. He graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice and a minor in Political Science.

Garcia went on to attend St. Thomas University of School of Law. Although not practicing law, his experience there was immersive and invaluable. At St. Thomas School of Law, Daniel was involved in numerous student organizations and was voted in as an SBA Senator in the Student Bar Association. He was also an active participant in the Tort Law Society and the Business Law Society, giving him multiple skill sets for his future endeavors. As a member of the Young Lawyers Division of The Florida Bar, he was voted in as Governor for the Board.

To master his craft, Garcia blended his twin passions for marketing and the legal system by putting in extensive hours at numerous South Florida offices starting in 2016. In 2017, he interned at the Broward County Public Defender’s Office, working in the homicide unit and assisting senior attorneys through various trials. He simultaneously worked with the Palm Beach State Attorney’s Office, handling defendant paperwork and documenting and finalizing court orders.

Garcia launched his professional journey at the Berman Law Group in 2016 as an unpaid student intern. Leaning on his ambition, he served in numerous positions, including intake specialist, case manager, and client relations. He quickly learned the ropes, handling all these positions expertly and gaining tremendous insight into the company’s operations before settling into his current role.

Today, Garcia is the Vice President of Marketing for the Berman Law Group. His purpose is to expand the company’s vision and growth, implementing and making good on advertising initiatives set forth by the firm.
