David White, Esq. is the Managing Attorney of the Personal Injury Protection Litigation Division at The Berman Law Group. He practices Plaintiff Personal Injury Protection (PIP) law, advocating on behalf of medical providers who were either not paid or underpaid.
Mr. White was born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. He graduated from the University of Concordia Wisconsin where he majored in Business and minored in Marketing. Mr. White received his Juris Doctorate from Florida Coastal University. Prior to joining The Berman Law Group, Mr. White was an associate at a major PIP firm where he successfully advocated on behalf of medical providers ensuring proper reimbursement. Mr. White also worked as defense counsel handling premises liability, commercial auto accidents and wrongful death cases. Mr. White is admitted to practice law in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida.
